Ruth Caulfield

Director of Operational Risk

Ruth is the Director of Operational Risk for Pepper Ireland and a member of the Pepper Ireland Executive team. Ruth joined Pepper in 2016 and has responsibility for the design and oversight for the enterprise risk management framework

Prior to this Ruth worked with PwC for 12 years in management consultancy specialising in risk, information technology and transformation, supporting a range of clients including major FS clients. Ruth was educated at the University College Dublin and Dublin City University and has a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Masters in E-Commerce.
