Fraser Gemmell

Appointed as the Interim CEO for Ireland, Fraser Gemmell leads the Pepper Ireland executive team, sits on the Ireland Board of Directors, and is responsible for all aspects of the Irish business.

 

Fraser was part of the founding team that started Pepper Advantage in 2012. He brings over a decade of leadership experience at Pepper Advantage, where he has played a key role in driving the company’s global success and guiding its transformation into a data and analytics-driven business.

 

As interim CEO, Fraser is focused on leading the Ireland team to continue delivering excellent client outcomes, leveraging Pepper Advantage’s innovative technologies and credit management expertise. With operations in nine jurisdictions managing US$55 billion in assets, Pepper Advantage is a global credit intelligence leader, and Fraser’s leadership will help ensure continued growth and success in Ireland.

 

Prior to Pepper Advantage Fraser was at global investment management firms CP2 Limited and Oakwood Global Finance. He has a PHD in Economic Geography from the University of Oxford, and an Advanced Management Certificate from Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).
