Helping our community thrive

Local communities are close to our hearts, and we support several charities and community groups. Our employees organise various events throughout the year, including volunteering and fundraising days in Shannon and Dublin. Some of the causes we have supported include Milford Hospice, LauraLynn's Children's Hospice, Irish Cancer Society, Clare Haven, Adapt House, Mid West Simon Community, Dublin Simon, Féileacáin and St Michael’s House.

Managing your finances can be challenging at times. If you’re worried about your mortgage repayments, let us know. The sooner you talk to us, the sooner we can help you find a solution.

If you have fallen behind with your mortgage repayments, or if you think you may be going to fall behind, we may ask you to fill in a Standard Financial Statement (SFS). This is a form that will give us a clear picture of your finances, so we can work out how to help you.  For information on how to complete the form, please see the Central Bank of Ireland’s  consumer guide to completing the SFS.
